The second felony DUI arrest over the weekend was an excessive DUI.  Not only did the suspect blow a .24 making it excessive but he also had two prior DUI convictions.

The third felony DUI reported by Boise police was another third time DUI.  This suspect also was charged with a probation violation.

The other two felony charges over the weekend in Boise were not DUI charges but were non the less felony criminal charges.  The first criminal charge was for burglary.  The suspect enter the store with the intent to conceal and remove property.  The other criminal felony charge was for grand theft in conjunction with stolen checks from a local business.
